Core Gameplay
Puddle Hopper is a micro racing game where the car hydroplanes across puddles. Steering is almost impossible on wet patches – the player must time acceleration bursts to jump from dry spot to dry spot. Completing a course without spinning out is the goal.
Level & Content Design
Fifteen courses are included, set in a rainy city. Course length increases from three puddle zones to twelve. No updates or additional courses are offered.
Visuals & Experience
The pixel art features raindrop animations and puddle splashes. The car tilts visibly when hydroplaning. The control scheme is simple: hold a key to rev, release to jump. This is more a timing game than a steering game.
